WSML Core System Requirements

• Java 2 1.5 compatible Operating System (only tested on Windows and Linux)
• Pentium 4 with minimum 256MB RAM (512MB RAM or higher recommended)

Quick Setup Guide

• Install Java 2 SDK 1.5 (available at java.sun.com) Do not forget to add the /bin subfolder of your Java SDK to the PATH environment variable
• Install Systinet Server for Java 5.0 (available at www.systinet.com) The default options during the setup procedure are ok. Be sure to create a JAVA_HOME environment variable that points to the installation folder of the Java SDK. (Support for other Java servers is possible. Please contact us).
• Download the WSML and unzip it to a folder, this will be the installation folder (The path cannot contain any blank spaces).
• Run setup.bat or setup.sh located in the installation folder to start the WSML setup wizard
• After completing the setup wizard, you're done!
• Launch the WSML by running WSML.bat or WSML.sh located in the installation folder
• The first time the WSML takes a long time to load (up to several minutes). Consecutive runs will load much faster, especially if the booster function on the configuration pane is enabled

Licensing info: The WSML is being developed with the support of the Flemish Government Project MOSAIC, funded by the “Institute for the Innovation of Science and Technology in Flanders” (IWT) or in Dutch “Instituut voor de aanmoediging van Innovatie door Wetenschap en Technologie in Vlaanderen”, and is carried out in cooperation with Alcatel Bell. Therefore we do not include the source code of the WSML in the download. The WSML prototype can be used for research and testing purposes only. The JAsCo source is released under the GNU GPL license and is included in the download.
