• Integration of Unified AOP within mainstream Component Models (Davy Suvee, Wim Vanderperren)
• Pointcut generation for aspect-oriented refactoring (Mathieu Braem, Kris Gybels, Andy Kellens and Wim Vanderperren)

• Distributed Aspects and Web Services (Wim Vanderperren, Bart Verheecke)
• Aspect-Oriented Implementations of Design Patterns using EcoSys (Bruno De Fraine, Wim Vanderperren)

It would be ideal if the following topics are chosen by two students that collaborate for part of their stage and thesis:
